EMERGENCY FIRST RESPONSE (EFR)
Emergency First Response (EFR) is a leading international CPR and First Aid training organisation. There is worldwide recognition for EFR courses because these courses instruct participants to follow the same priorities of care used by professional emergency care providers, based on emergency considerations and protocols from the consensus view of the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR).
The EFR philosophy is founded on enjoyable and performance-based CPR and first aid training. EFR INSTRUCTOR COURSE
"Share your confidence in providing emergency care with others!"
This course builds on your skills as an Emergency Responder, and focuses on developing your instructional abilities to teach these skills to others. Through a multi-media approach of independent study, classroom sessions and practical teaching assignments, you learn to conduct EFR courses. By the end of this course, you will have the additional training necessary to teach the EFR Primary Care (CPR), Secondary Care (First Aid) and Care for Children courses.
Pre-requisites:
- 18 years of age
- Successfully completed the EFR Primary & Secondary Care course within the past 24 months (or equivalent)
